I am installing on premise WebEx. everything seems to be coming along. Until my boss asked about WebEx from Iphone. I downloaded tools, clicked on WebEx Mobile. Downloaded app on IPhone. double clicked email with link. If I am logged into our WiFi keeps telling me Password incorrect. If attempt thru cell error 10000. What step am I missing?

What version of CWMS have you deployed?
Do you have Internet Reverse Proxy deployed?
What kind of SSL certs you've installed on CWMS (self-signed or publicly signed)?

When installing Publicly Signed SSL cert to CWMS server, did you include Intermediate SSL certs in the cert bundle?
