Hi
We have a user on a Lenevo laptop who has no video capability when using Jabber. Error code is CJ:109:3.
This is only effecting one user as far as I know. It works when he is using a desktop but not on the softphone on the laptop.
Cisco Jabber version is 11.8.3 and the CUCM is 10.5
If anyone can assist it would be appreciated.
