Fail to insert password in video conference

Hi,

I´m trying to join a video conference that requires to insert a password, but it seens like the DTMF is not working. The connection flow: DX650(SIP) -> CUCM -> Cisco VCS Control -> Cisco VCS Expressway -> External Video.Conference  (H323 - ex.: 123@1.1.1.1).

When I use a SX-20 that is registered on VCS Control (H323), everything works fine.

Any ideas?

Every Sip endpoint registered on CUCM have the same issue?
check the DTMF sig. metod under the Sip Trunk between CUCM and VCS control

Yes, it happens with all SIP phones.

The DTMF Sig is set to RFC 2833.
