We recently installed our first Spark Call customer and they are asking me about 2 features and if they exist or are planned:
1. Direct transfer to voice mail: they want the ability to transfer a call from the operator directly to a users voice mail account, and not have the call ring 6 times before voice mail answers.
2. They have no CallerID with name on incoming calls. I have Intellipeer SIP trunks and the calls show a phone number, but no name. Intellipeer says that they support the name, but are only sending what Spark allows.

Thanks for the response, but these don’t address what I was really asking.
I opened a support case with WebEx and they informed me that direct transfer to voice mail is not a feature, so the only option will be to have the users forward their phone to VM when they are away
The CallerID issue I am referring to is on inbound calls, the settings in the CCM portal are for outbound CiD from everything I see.
