File Sharing Issue via Web App Proxy(CMS 3.10.1 + Expressway X14.0.11)

Hi everyone,

I’m running Cisco Meeting Server 3.10.1 with Expressway-C/E X14.0.11.
On my CMS, I’ve configured meetingapps on port 447 for survey and file transfer, and everything works fine when users connect on the local network.

Recently, I configured CMS Web App Proxy over Expressway, and since then, I’m unable to send files through the Web App. When I try to share a file during a meeting, I get the following error message:

“An issue with connectivity might exist. Please click the link to accept the certificate, then retry. Please contact your administrator if there are any persistent problems.”

Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what might be causing it?
It looks like a certificate or connectivity problem between the browser, Expressway-E, and CMS, but I’d appreciate any advice or best practices to resolve it.
