First time user: jabber "Your username or password is not correct"

Hello,

I'm installing a BE6000 in my lab, which includes CUCM, IM&P, and Unity v10.5.  I'm using Prime Colab Provisioning to configure everything.

Everything is local users, no AD/LDAP.

I created a user, and added a service for endpoint with line, and selected Jabber for Desktop. It provisioned okay.  I confirmed on the iM&P server I see the user.  It's listed just as the username (testuser).

I installed Jabber for Desktop (v10.5.2).  But I can't log in.  I set it to use the IM&P server IP address.  For my username, I tried both my username (testuser), or testuser@lab (where the labis the domain name I used in Prime Colab).  I'm using the CUCM Password I set for the testuser in Prime Colab.

I can log into the Self Care Portal using testuser and my password.  But with Jabber, I always get "Your username or password is not correct"

Do you have proper DNS resolution??

Have you confirmed all the CSF device config, service profiles, checkbox to enable IM&P, etc are actually in place and correct??
