I agree, small default fonts in CMS can be hard on the eyes during long sessions. If you're referring to Cisco Meeting Server and the web interface, unfortunately, font size customization is limited within the native settings. However, if you're using a browser to access it, you can try zooming in (Ctrl + + or Cmd + +) as a quick solution. It won’t change the actual font size in the CMS settings, but it does make things more readable on your end.
For internal documentation or user-facing content that you manage inside CMS or a related system, you can also use Unicode-based styled text to enhance visibility. I sometimes use online fonts to create bold or standout text styles when regular formatting isn’t available.
