free user is moderator and wants to delete content

I am trying to delete content and cannot.  The Help results just indicate "it is different" for free users, but not how it is different.  I posted some files, there are now new versions released (these are Cisco Partner Playbooks).  I want to delete the old version but can't find an option to do so. Please, help.

Paul,

Free users do not have the ability to be room moderators.  Was this user moved from a trial org back to a free user?
