Generating test calls to WebeX for network assessment

Hello folks:

We are trying to do a network assessment for performance before deploying a Webex Meeting Server solution. Is there an API on Webex to automate this testing with simulated voice/video calls?

Is there an SDK for Cisco WebeX meeting center? We are trying to develop a client to attend meetings, listen to voice, video and capture voice/video stats like the web client does under health check.
