Getting error while generating certificate for Jabber When creating CSR for CUPS XMPP

Hi All,

In process of generating certificate for Jabber, While creating CSR for CUPS XMPP we have recieved the following error.

We do not get this error when we are generating the CSR. This error is from the external CA. It is complaining about the sip field which is generated when creating the CSR.

CUPS System version: 9.1.1.30000-3

 CUCM version is 9.1.2.10000-28

error:

Sip:CN=XXXXXXXX is not approved domain for this organisation.

Can anyone help on this

Use the website https://www.sslshopper.com/csr-decoder.html to examine the CSR. It could be that the CSR includes a blank domain name (This is a known bug) and the CA is (rightfully) rejecting that.
