Hi Karrar,
If the users were using the free version of Cisco Spark with their corporate email address, then when a licensed Cisco Spark service for your organisation (based upon your corporate email domain) is created, the users should show up for conversion into the corporate service. The users would be visible via the Overview page via the license tile.
Converting the user from a free user to a licensed user would not remove them from any of their spaces.
The only time that this would happen is if the user has been deleted and they are being added back in to Cisco Spark.
The other thought would be where the space is being moderated and the person who is moderating the spaces has decided to remove the user.
