Hi, I cant connect Jabber with Expressway

Im using Jabber to connect to my cucm via expressway but it raises a message "Can not communication with the server". I can connect to cup/cucm directly but dont know how to do it with expresway. Here are the logs of Jabber. Please help, thanks

Discovery Outcome	Failure: FAILED_UCM90_CONNECTION
Domain Controller	The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.

Home UDS	Not Found.
UDS Servers	FAILED. error: UDS_SERVERS_CONNECTION_FAILED_ERROR

Do you have all the required SRVs properly configured in both networks?

Hi there

Please check the following

1. Verify DNS & firewall configs.
   1. The collab-edge.tls.company.com SRV type DNS record is present
   2. Returned FQDN of the Expressway-Edge server from the SRV record is resolving to an IP address.
   3. Cisco Expressway-Edge server's FQDN name matches exactly the value created in the collab-edge SRV record.
      
   4. Firewall rule for port 8443 >>> DMZ LAN interface of the Expressway-Edge server.
2. Traversal-zone between Cisco Expressway Edge & Core servers 
   1. Status of Expressway-Edge server - should be <<Active>>
   2. Status of Cisco Expressway-Core server - should be <<Active>>
      
   3. Unified Communications status on Cisco Expressway-Core is enabled and configured.
      

If all good then check and share the Network logs
