Host control of attendee video in a meeting

We have teachers that need to be the only one that can control if an attendee has video in a Webex meeting.  Currently the host can turn on/off video but so can the attendee.  Is there an alternate way to manage this using Training or is it planned for a future release?

I am having this same problem where the leader or person that requested a meeting on our new Cisco CMS can not see who is participating in the meeting.  They would like to be able to have a leader function added to the CMS when you enter the call space which asks are you the leader.  The leader wants then to be able to see the participants.

The feature we need help with in the original post is for a Webex Meeting with users on Control Hub.  Not a Cisco Meeting Server.  The host already has the ability to see all attendees in the Webex Meeting.  They want to have the ability to turn on/off attendee videos and keep the attendee from turning it back on.
