How are ADMIN setting changed on SX10N

Need access to the Administrative setting on the SX10N to change timeout values.  Default setting of 60min causes it to go into DND mode.

Hey KBZ,

If you are referring to the web gui, then just hit the IP address of the endpoint from a browser (must be on same network or have access).  Default username is admin no password.  You should be able to do anything you need in here.  Under Setup/Configuration you can make the change you are looking for.  Standby specifically.  Hope this helps.

Tim:  That doesn't work.  When the device registers to SPARK - control is taken by SPARK.  Admin/blank seems to be locked out as trying this returns the "invalid credentials" response.

Ah, sorry didn't put that together.  So unfortunately you can't make changes with the current setup of Spark registered endpoints.  I would suggest putting that in Feedback of the Spark admin portal.  It's most likely something that will be addressed with future deployments.

One thing you might try.  Open a support ticket from the endpoint in the Portal and mention you want this changed.  TAC might be able to do that for you in this case.  Not ideal, but might work for a one off.
