Use RTMT to look at the Database status, you should see a value of 2 for each node. Alternatively, you can login to each node via SSH and run utils dbreplication runtimestate to look for that value of 2. I can't tell you which services to check, since this will vary per environment. I.e., CallManager might not be started on purpose if you have a dedicated Publisher with 1,500 or more devices in the cluster. However, generally speaking, if the service is Activated, it should be running.
