Hello Bros'
I have in my network CUCM 12.5 and IMP 12.5 installed in my DC.
we have an office with employees that need to have a shared non-presence contacts lists between them so when a user login to jabber client with his user/pass, he receive the shared contacts list and who even update/delete/add any non-presence contact, this changes are synced with all other users shared with this contacts list when they login again with their users accounts.
Any Solutions? TIA

Jabber can sync AD groups, and those can be centrally managed by whoever handles AD, users can only add the whole group but cannot add/remove users from the group.
There is no such thing for pizza guy users, one option would be to create a custom tab that points to a webpage in which you list those users and they can refer to.

@Jaime Valencia thank you for your reply.
I solved this by having them all loging to the same jabber user, jabber is configured as cti contol for 5 deskphones. by this they all now can edit the contact/add/remove but with same end user.
