We are running Jabber 9.1.1. Everytime a new call is received or started a giant on call box comes up with a greyed out video box. I have gone into "File" > "Options" > "Calls" and set calls to "Never start calls with video". However this doesn't do anything. The video box still pops up everytime there are phone calls. Is there anyway to disable this? Is there a specific location these settings are getting saved to that is write protected? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
