I have implemented SSO on CUCM and Expressway for MRA. It's work find.
CUCM and Expressway are version 12.5
I need disable SSO per user for local user on CUCM for Jabber login.
I try change jabber-config.xml
<Policies>
<SSO_Enabled>FALSE</SSO_Enabled>
</Policies>
But jabber still prompt for SSO login.

Hi Abhayvaya,
I open case with TAC and they said "Unfortunately, if SSO is enabled/configured on a CUCM server it cannot be bypassed until unless you move to Local Auth instead of SSO.
The two authentication processes, cannot be used simultaneously on CUCM Servers."

I am using UC service for Jabber-config, instead of jabber-config.xml in CUCM 12.5 SU3.
Tried using separate UC service for SSO -LDAP Sync Users and separate UC service (SSO_Enabled : FALSE) for Local CUCM users.
But it doesn't work. Jabber always redirects to ADFS Sign in page for all the users.
Jabber version 12.8 as well as 12.5 in client machines.
