We have the video system DX80 registered as Spark Room and we need to access the web interface but  which are user name and passphrase  ?

Hi Emiliano,

Once the Video endpoint is registered on Spark, you cannot access anymore the WebGUI using an admin login.

Only the Spark Admin portal gives access to a very limited subset of settings.  This can be a bit frustrating but this is by design, to make things simpler. And as per Cisco, the Spark admin GUI should evolve over time to give access to more settings.
