Hyperlink to desk number on powerpoint slide

Hi, 

I was preparing a presentation for some project  in which i had mentioned my desk numbers, where i need to give hyperlink to my desk number, so if some one clicks the hyperlink number it should connect to  my desk phone by using Jabber.

There is any possibility to do this, we use Cisco jabber.

Sure. Jabber registers the tel: protocol handler to the OS.
