Is it possible to change presence status such as available, Away, DND on Jabber client using API Query and use that as a gadget in Finesse.
idea is if agent mark himself as not ready from finesse then he will be still available in Jabber status hence someone can transfer the call to him based on his status on Jabber so customer want to develop a gadget in Finesse similar to agent status but for Jabber status, hence agent can change the status of Finesse and Jabber from same location.
