I would like to import a list of contacts into individual instances of Jabber (File > Import Contacts) using a .csv file. I've seen several posts giving the format for an importable .xml file, but the client wants to use Excel to generate the file as a .csv. I haven't seen any posts about the format for the columns in the .csv. I exported a .csv file in bulk from the IM&P server, but when I tried to re-import that file within Jabber I got the error "There was an error with the import. Re-export the file and then try again."
