Cisco Jabber retains a 30 day maximum for call history. In the parameter guide I found a reference to this under the setting for Callhistory_Expire_Days (see below) but could not find a reference to increasing the maximum number of stored calls. How can this be increased, either for globally or for just a selected person. Thank you,
Mike
Callhistory_Expire_Days
Applies to Cisco Jabber for Windows.
Specifies the number of days before the call history is deleted.
If the value is zero or if it is not specified, then the call history is not deleted until the count exceeds the
maximum number of stored calls.

AFAIK the number of calls you can have in the call history is not configurable, it's hardcoded.

Given all the other options that can be modified not being able to adjust this seems arbitrary. As best I can tell the call history is stored locally; if so, I should be able to periodically make a copy of this information. I have found information on the chat history, but not on the call history; where is this file located and how can it be viewed?
