Hi All,
We recently deployed the Instant Messaging Compliance by integrating PostgreSQL with CUPS10 and it keeps the messages well. However, we cannot have the information for image sent or the file shared from Jabber Client.
Does CUPS supports the requirement of Instant Messaging Compliance for images and file sharing?
Thank you.

To the best of my knowledge, this is only meant for IM.

Hi Jaime,
Thank you. So is there any way from Cisco to have the images or files compliance for Jabber? This is very important to our customer and technically they just would like to keep all the activities from Jabber logged and exported for legal purpose even if the user is sending a emotion or image, or sharing a file. Thank you.
Regards,
Gary

Roadmap questions cannot be addressed at CSC, I suggest you post your question in a partner forum, or reach your SE/AM. They can also assist in submitting a PER for this.
