intermittent blank screen. please help.

Hi everyone, i have an issue and can't seem to pinpoint what is the reason for the cause. I have recently relocated the cisco telepresence unit and now it is having intermittent screen just go blank and then reappear again. Checked physical cables, ip address, hardwares, almost everything, seems to be working fine. Has anyone encountered this before?
