I am having issue with the intermittent dropped during the video call to the external party which using the expressway. Have work with the other party which advise that they did not receive the response from the keepalive intermittently.
How do i verify from the expressway end or CUCM that it is my end that did not receive or did not response to the keepalive? The biggest challenge is i could not turn on the packet capture at the expressway 24x7 and wait for it to happen. It is intermittent and happen only 1 or twice per day but unfortunately it is important room for the management meeting where we definitely need to have a more stable connection.
Any help or troubleshooting plan is welcome. Thanks
