What would be the best way to troubleshoot our Jabber on the Ipad? We have jabber working for the desktop soft phones (video, voicemail, messaging), but once I add an IPad doesn't even connect. We loaded the 2 COP files and reset the Publisher server.
I would like to see why it is failing. It may be a host file issue, but I cannot add a "host file" to the IPad.
Is there a tool to help me troubleshoot this?
