Iphone jabber drops call after 19-20 seconds

I start using jabber for iPhone but i have problme .

calls drops after 19-20 second

Please advice .

Thanks for every body to help in this case but really i am not professional in cisco and i need some one to access by team viewer and help me to solve the problme since the call is still drop every 19-20 second .

Hi Mohammed,

If you could post the "show run" from your CME we could help even more... Not all the time we are able to provide remote support, since we alredy spend our day providing remote support.

At the end, if you can't get this, we can schedule a remote session.

I use the CCA setup wizard to configure the UC540 and i really i dont have good experciance with cisco .

Can you just open a SSH/TELNET client and using the Router IP Address to open a connection?

Great,

We are closer... If you notice, when doing "sh run" you have to press space bar a couple of times to get all the output... Once get all the sh run, we would be able to determine to what interface bound the SIP Traffic...

one problem come up

before we run the command there was ext. 222 for iphone and 220 for 7921g

now when i try to call this ext. from any another IP phone its ringing but when try to dial the ext. by auto attendant its saying : you have entered in invalid phone number !

Update : After few hours of trying i found when i enable the voice mail for this ext's its start accepting calls by auto attendant and when i disable voice mail i gety ou have entered in invalid phone number !

can you pleae advice ?

Im having the same problem when someone calls and when they try to dial an extension or number option in the auto attendant it doesn´t work also when I call to a number and i try to dial options or extension it doesnt do anything.

What happens if you call to a non jabber extension?

Please make sure that the SIP Gateway on CUE matches the IP Address of the bound interface on CME.

It does the same, when someone calls the autoattendat runs ok but when they try to choose an option it doesn´t do anything autoattendan keeps going.
