iphone with uc540

hi i want to know that weather we can connect iphone to the uc540 , if yes what we shoud do for that please explain the matter soon thanh you.

There is no Cisco Mobile 8.1 support for UC Manager Express or UC 500 series yet, but we may have it in the future.

Is this on the road map yet?  We have people who see the iPhone App and then call for assistance only to find out it doesn't work with their system.  Same thing with the iPad VPN client connecting to the UC540 from what I can tell.  These "sizzle" type features are what has opened the door in several deals but when we have to tell them they don't actually work outside the enterprise space the deal is almost a done deal we loose shoretel wins...

Is there any update to this yet. Does the UC540 or UC320 support smartphones, mobile8 (iPhone) yet. are there any plans to incorporate it yet?

According to the Cisco team, there are no plans to incorporate the UC500 at this time.
