Is a place to add a regularly used forwarding phone number in Jabber?

Using Jabber Version 12.8.0.51973 Build 301973 I always have to put in my cell phone number to forward calls. Is there a way for Jabber to remember it so that I don't have to keep regularly entering it?

There are several bugs related to the behavior, I'd suggest you try a newer release
