UCM cloud with voice recording , IVR, efax solution

Hello all

we are considering to move our CUCM to UCM cloud, however we have some 3rd party apps like Voice recording, IVR and efax systems that would like to move together on either Cisco Cloud or anything that can link up with Cisco UCM clould.

Does anyone has idea which solution we can use?

UCM cloud support Third party, but not sure the if it supports your existing Recording,IVR and efax applications.

Have a look on imagicle Cloud https://www.imagicle.com/en/suite/cloud/.

Going through their data sheet, look like it can integrate with UCM cloud.

I would suggest to reach out to local Cisco partner who is good in Collaboration.

Discuss with the Cisco partner you'll engage for UCM cloud if they already offer some of those, they can provide other capabilities like what you're asking to the offering.
