Is Dial-In Video ever going to be supported for CWMS ?
We have CUCM-customers using on-prem CWMS 2.x but they are lacking the possibility to use Video in Meetings, like what is possible today for Webex (cloud). I read the release notes for CWMS 3.0 and was disappointed that Video was not part of the features.
- Does anyone have any information on the backlog/roadmap for the CWMS and specifically video ?
- Will the CMS and CWMS be integrated at any point ?
- Or should we look at Hybrid services and Spark meeting (powered by Webex) for our customers ?
Besides the technical features the customer also have to think about storing information in the cloud and licenses. Not all customers are ready yet to go to full-cloud solutions.
