Not sure if the same thing happened to you, but hopefully someone has experienced in this and can provide your insight.
We are running On-Premise UC solution, CUCM and IM&P on v11.5.
We use SCCM to do the Jabber client deployment.
And the Group Policy is that the Jabber to start when Windows startup.
The team in charge of SCCM scheduled the install at 10pm, didn't choose silent install. (to avoid the scenario that people Jabber call can be killed in the next morning).
They found the compliance rate is 75%. Because the Jabber will run the first thing in the morning, hence won't upgrade, because not using SCCM Silent Install.
Is there any other options other than silent install?
