Hi,
We users which account we want to deactivate but in that user profile some recordings are available.
As currently CWMS don't have download option hence we/he can't store to localy
we want to know is there way we can access his recording after deactivating his account ?
(FYI :- we implemented sso for authantication )
Any information & help will address our concern ! please help

Hi Pratik,
As long as the recording was shared (manually via the recording share option that the host has or via the email received by attendees) then the recording link will still be valid after the user is deactivated.
There is no other way to access this recording after the account is deactivated, besides to reactivate it, log in, and generate the share link for the recordings associated to the account.
