This is happening when using the Jabber Client on iPhones
Is there a way to prevent this?
Cheers.

Hello!
That is no issue. It works as designed (by Apple).
Best regards,

Unfortunately 'It works by design (by apple)' is not an answer pleasing to my MD and senior sales team who have their calls interupted.
For us this means that jabber is a none starter for users on iphones!
Android seems the only alternative since they handle calls cleanly sending the second caller a busy tone.

Due to its restrictions, the IPhone is not a business suitable phone in my opinion.
That is just my opinion of course but unfortunately Apple don't advertise themselves as business devices, hence why they have no interest changing things to suit people.
If you buy an Apple device then you agree to abide by their rules.
