Inside my corparate network we are using meraki firewall,i have configured manually vpn in my phone instead of any connect to connect vpn,
trying to authenticate cisco jabber client from android device i am getting an error
Connection timeout.
Even i tried in differnt models facing the same issue it showing verifying after some it showing error.
I have done following trouble shoots.
Rebooted all Cisco Unified Communications Manager servers in the cluster after installing the device COP file

Try modifying the firewall configuration such that it tunnels all traffic instead of doing a split tunnel. The iOS 9.6 EAP uncovered a bug where the client wasn't using a library that supported split tunneling. While this is expected to be fixed in the 9.6.1 release for iOS, I don't have a timeline for Android. Either way, give this a shot and see if it helps; it's possible you're hitting something else too.
