After upgrading the Jabber client for Windows version 10.5 to 11.5, users get the horizontal view of Jabber Client.
If we roll back the version to 10.5 its working fine.
CUCM - 9.1.2.12901-3
Presence - 9.1.2
I couldn't find the open bugs, any help in this regard is appreciated.
