Hi,
we have a similar problems with click-to-call on a hyperlink, but Jabber does not crash.
This error will be displayed ("Jabber does not work more properly..."), but the user can click on "yes" and proceed with the dial.
Regards
Mirko

Hi,
I am currently facing the exact same issue on some Windows machines since I upgraded to latest Jabber release ... did you manage to get it fixed? If you managed to have it fixed, I would appreciate any hints.

Same issue here which is present when attempting to use ciscotel or tel links. Only began encountering this after upgrading to 12.5. Cisco is apparently aware of the issue.

I observed this problem too. Seems not consistent, like in my case I could reproduce on Lenovo T480S even after completely removing Jabber and cash. I could not reprodice on Lenovo T460S...
Any case references available or bugid?
