Hi team,
We have upgrade the version of client of jabber . 12.5 and we have noticed problems to make calls to internal extension and answer inbound calls. This simple feature did not work as well as when you received a call you can not answer because the pop up window did not appear more. Our CUCM is old 8.6 and Jabber is working via webexconnect base cloud and integrated with CUCM 8.6.
I do not know if is it not supported. But we have to back to version 12.1 and everthing backs to works.
Does anybody have this problem?

That CUCM version is already EOS/EOL, and that combo is not supported.
I guess it * should * work but as that is a not supported combination, there is no way to tell.
If you wish to keep up to date with Jabber, your CUCM needs to catch up as well.

Hi,
The problem is that we are using webex connect integrated with CUCM 8.6 and CUC 8.6. I can back to version 12.1 that was working fine but the jabber makes upgrade verification everytime.
