Jabber 12.7 new feature -send voice message without calling

I am trying to test the new Jabber feature- Send voice messae from JAbber client without calling.

Other than enabling appropriate search space access on Unity connection to the users and system directory handler, is there any additional configuration involved?

I am testing this on a CUCM 11.5/CUC 11.5. In the Jabber client I am only able to lookup using name and alias but not extension, is this expected.
