We are currently running Jabber 4.8 on Windows 10 with a logitech conference group setup. Everything was working fine until the last few weeks. Now when we connect from one office to another we get incoming video for 5-10 seconds and then both sides receive a "no incoming video" message on the screen. We've updated firmware on the camera/conference group and updated drivers for the video card in the Dell Optiplex 7740 that we are running Jabber on. Has anyone seen this before or have a guess as to what to try next?

sounds like a capability mismatch.I have seen this sort of thing before. can you send the sip traces of such a failed call?
