We are using J4W version 9.2.6 integrated into the local CUCM directory. We have Outlook 2010. Jabber can search entries in the local directory (ie the local contact list in Outlook - if I create a contact there J4W will find the contact) but can not search the global contact list - this is a shared folder with 18000 entries in. The business use this shared contact list for all contacts and we would like to use J4W to search the global contact list - is this possible ?
