CUCM 8.5 CUPS 8.5.3 Exchange 2010
We have small deployment of Jabber 9.0.5. When creating a new email, or looking at Calander events, only some of the people are showing an actual presence status. But on Jabber its showing them online or whatnot, just not on Outlook. Its very random. Any suggestions?

The instant message ID needs to match the user id on the CUPS server (most typicaly the samaccountname in AD) and the domain from the cups system-> cluster topology -> settings must match.
The easiest way to get this to work is to make sure that you add the sip:samaccountname@domainin.cups to your AD proxyaddress list.
This can be done by using the Attribute Editor tab on the domain users properties gui in Active Directory Users and Computers.

Hi all, if i am using the EDI directory integration. But the user only able to see the available status but while he/she engage, the outlook cant update.
Any idea?
