Need help.... User is running Jabber 9.2.4 on Win 8 and vociemail doesn't work. We're using Cisco Unity Connection AdministrationVersion 7.1. Is this a problem? Any suggestions?

can you tell us what it us that is not working?
if that same win8 user logs into Jabber on another OS. does it work then?
