I have installed Jabber 9.7.3 for windows on a computer. On the CUCM I have configured a CSF type device and assign it to a user. I set manually the CUCM IP address at TFTP server on the client because the CUCM is TFTP too(Account type is set to Cisco Communications Manager(phone capabilities only)) and when I click Sign-in i get the following error "The telephony configuration setting are invalid".
Can somebody tell me what is wrong or where to look for solving the issue? I have to mention that CUCI Lync works for the same CSF device.
