Hi
We have 350 users using Cisco Jabber 9.2.5. Today som users get an error message when they open the chat window:
"It appears that you do not have Javascript enabled, please contact your administrator"
They use windows 7 64
Voice / video is ok
Can someone help?

Hi Paal,
Can you check if the javascript is enabled for IE on those PC's ?
Can you do the following
1. Exit the client
2. Delete the following folders (you will need to retype the server configuration and user credentials as they will be lost along with any history inforation)
C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber
3. Start the jabber client

Hi Christos.
Yes, it helped to check that the javascript was enabled in IE. i changed this in the Internet Zone, and all was ok.

For the Terminal Server users...
Hi, we had the same issue after installing Jabber in our third terminal server. In addition to the steps suggested above, we turned off the "IE enhanced security configuration"for both users AND administrators in the Server manager.
Started working for the users once they logged out and logged back in. Here is the documentation.

What was the Jabber version when you guys faced the issue and what was the error or issue you faced from Jabber perspective which led you to fix the Javascript on Windows server?
