Hi. Running Jabber Android client 11.1.1.223288 for the first time. We've been running it successfully on our internet Windows for 6+ months. All features work except the icons for the camera, photo, video, and file are greyed out on the Android client. Any ideas?

Can you confirm if this is happening on internal network as well or only across an Expressway?
Peer to peer file transfers are not supported with MRA as per the deployment guide.

I also have the same issue. Jabber 11.5, CUCM environment 10.5.2, EXP-C/E 8.6.1, happens internal and external.
Thoughts?

Hi,
All these features are basicly file transfers, which is not working throught expressway by default. You have to configure Managed File Transfer for your IM&P to supprt it.
