Jabber Android Incoming call notification customization

Hello I would like to know if someone knows if is possible to customize the incoming call notification for jabber (mobile using Android). I would like to have the ability to use the calling number and make some queries in my CRM System and present to the Jabber user before he answer the call some information that that should be useful to have.

Anyone knows if exist any API that can be used for this integration?
