One of our staff has a Galaxy A50 phone with the Jabber app installed (v12.9.3.304420) but is unable to answer calls. The phone provides an audible alert but the app does not display the call. Opened the app and put it on the Calls screen and placed an inbound call to her extension but call did not display on the phone. So far we have:
Any ideas on what would cause this type of behavior?

Hi,
I assume it may be device-level settings.
Verify that all Notification channels (such as Recieve Calls) are active.
On the Android Device, Under settings > Apps > search for Jabber > Notifications.
