Hi, we've got a working IPMA installation with managers who use Jabber for Windows as soft phone (Client Services Framework) devices as well as Jabber for Iphone additionally to their desk phones. When I configure the managers under User Management > End User > {user id} > Manager Configuration, then I can select the desk phone in the Manager Information section for Device Name/Profile but nothing else: neither Jabber for Windows nor Jabber for Iphone. Presumably, that's why the Assistants won't see the Manager's status in the Assistant Console status line when those are talking using Jabber. Is this assumption correct? If so, what can I do to be able to set the Manager Device to Jabber Windows/Iphone? Is it possible to use more than one device for the manager for the IPMA function? Thanks Peter
